The Port of Ploce is in the middle of a restructuring and expansion process. For this purpose the concession agreements between Luka Ploce and the Ploce Port Authority need to be redefined. mtbs, together with Divjak, Topic & Bahtijarevic, reviewed the draft concession agreement for a greenfield container terminal and assisted Luka Ploce during negotiations. mtbs is pleased to announce that a final 32 year concession agreement between Luka Ploce and Ploce Port Authority has been reached. The project will be financed by the World Bank with a 116.6 million USD loan as the negotiations have been completed within the term given by the World Bank.
