After a positive decision taken by the Municipal Executive Board of Velsen on the tender strategy report, mtbs will start with the preparations and execution of  a tender process regarding ‘Distriport Ymond’.
This plot of 11 hectare is ideally located within the port of Amsterdam and has a quay wall for sea-going vessels available as well as a separate quay wall for barges. Interested parties can express their interest at the end of this year (2008). Mid 2009 the selected candidate can start operating their business.  Mtbs will act as the transaction adviser for the Municipality of Velsen in this challenging project.
