MTBS is selected as PPP strategy and financial adviser to develop alternative port management structures for the Port of Brčko in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Port of Brčko is presently a public service inland port located at the banks of the Sava River. On the 2^nd of April during the PPP Workshop with all stakeholders, the preliminary PPP options will be discussed. This workshop will provide further directions for the ultimate port management model and port governance structure.
