The Port of Ploce is in the middle of a restructuring and expansion process. For this purpose the concession agreements between Luka Ploce and the Ploce Port Authority need to be redefined. Negotiations have reached the final stage and have resulted in the preparation of a draft concession agreement for a greenfield container terminal. Luka Ploce contracted MTBS for the review of this agreement. The Ploce Container Terminal Concession Agreement is of vital importance for the success of the Ploce Container Terminal.
