Mtbs was hired by the community of Utrecht in The Netherlands to define a long term integral vision for the inland port and industrial zone of Lage Weide, Utrecht. The project includes the development of strategic objectives, supply and demand analysis, financial analysis and implementation plan. The inland port of Utrecht is strategically located in the center of the hinterland of both the Port of Rotterdam and the Port of Amsterdam. This modern inland port strategy will serve as an example to other inland ports in the Netherlands.
