The starting point for implementing PPP in the maritime and transport sector is the institutional setting of the sector in the legislative framework of the specific country, regional and municipal. It defines the boundaries in which the PPP has to be structered. In many of our PPP projects mtbs advises and supports the definition of the institutional setting and the desired adjustment of the legislative framework to optimally implement PPP initiatives and succesfully grant transaction concessions.
