Analyses of Corporatisation of the Port of Amsterdam

The Ministry of Public Works has hired MTBS to advise about the opportunities that arise due to corporatisations of ports in general and specifically of the Port of Amsterdam. Furthermore MTBS supported in the structuring of the financing for the new lock near IJmuiden, which is the entree to the Port of Amsterdam. Within this framework MTBS advised on the effects of the corporatisation on the finance structuring.
