Container Market Study HHLA

MTBS was appointed by Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) to perform a Container Market Study for a specific region. This study formed an integral part of a corporate transaction in relation to the container terminal portfolio of HHLA. The study included an analysis of demand and supply of container handling services in the region and an in-depth analysis of the competitive forces in relation to the region. HHLA is a leading Global Terminal Operator with operations in Germany and Ukraine. In 2010 HHLA handled approximately 6 million TEU in 2010, rendering approximately EUR 1 billion in revenues.
