Container Terminal Equity Valuation for the EBRD

MTBS was part of the consulting consortium that was involved as member of a consulting consortium that was involved in the valuation of a potential minority equity stake in a Container Terminal in Eastern Europe. The assignment entails a detailed assessment of the expected financial flows during and after the foreseen holding period and a critical analysis of the various risks involved. Various valuation techniques are used to come to a value bandwidth and through subsequent risk and return analyses, a detailed price range for both entry and exit is determined.
