Corporatization Port of Amsterdam

The city of Amsterdam has started the formal decision making process regarding the transition of its municipal ports administration ‘Port of Amsterdam’, the port being the fourth port in Europe in volume, into a corporatized legal structure. MTBS was selected as financial advisor for the corporatization. Services provided cover all financial aspects, ranging from valuation, financial forecast, financial policy, opening balance sheet, applicable new accounting rules and dividend policy to fiscal aspects and procurement of finance.
