MTBS was selected to assist the client in developing a greenfield dry port initiative in Luanda, the capital of Angola. Activities included setting up a sophisticated business case; structuring the project; identifying and selecting appropriate partners; arranging finance; and assisting in the actual implementation by means of setting up the contractual arrangements amongst partners, banks, and the government.
