MTBS experts advised FMO (Netherlands Development Finance Company) for evaluating the commercial, financial and economic viability of a pilot boat and tug boat to be delivered to Port Autonome de Cotonou (PAC) in Benin. The ships are to be built by Damen Shipyards in Gorinchem. The feasibility study was made to enable application to the ORET subsidy programme.
