Gulhi Falhu-Thilafushi Port & Business Park

A private project developer is in the process of obtaining a Master Concession Agreement for Design, Build, Maintain, Operate & Finance Gulhi Falhu-Thilafushi Port & Business Park in Republic of Maldives. This new development will provide the base infrastructure for nation’s principal gateway and will also enable other business development, such as warehousing, distribution park, ferry terminal, power plant, water plant, affordable housing, tank farm etc. MTBS advises on the content of the Master Concession Agreement and it provides a financial model to determine financial feasibility.
