Market Consultation New Container Terminal Development Port of Tallinn

MTBS has been hired by the Port of Tallinn Authority to conduct a market consultation to promote the upcoming tender for the new container terminal in Muuga Harbor and to obtain critical information to be included in the transaction process. Both GTO’s and local operators were part of this consultation. MTBS advised on the transaction structure and strategy to be applied by the Port of Tallinn Authority.
