Navibulgar Bidding Advisor Terminal East 2 Burgas

MTBS has been contracted by Navibulgar as Lead Bid Advisor for their participation in the public tender for Terminal East 2 in the Port of Burgas, Bulgaria. Terminal East 2 is a large port terminal in the port of Burgas, consisting of Terminal 2A and the Old Bulk Terminal. The terminal has an area of approximately 33 ha and offers 1,567 meters of quay (9 berths) with up to 15.5 meters draught and a dedicated fuels jetty. In close cooperation with the Client, MTBS has developed the Financial Bid Model and the corresponding Bidding Documents for Navibulgar for the 35 year concession of this terminal.
