ORET Subsidy Application Djibouti Tug Boats

MTBS experts executed the commercial, financial and economic feasibility study for the procurement of a pilot boat, a mooring vessel and two tug boats by the Port Autonome Internationale de Djibouti (PAID). The ships are to be built by a Dutch shipyard. The feasibility study was made to enable application to the Dutch ORET fund.
