The Government of Sint Eustatius appointed a consulting consortium including  MTBS to conduct economic and financial feasibility studies for restructuring of the commercial port, the development of a marina, and the development of a tourist beach on Sint Eustatius Island. For each project component, a PPP structure was recommended and private partners were identified.
