A consortium lead by MTBS was contracted as PPP Adviser by the World Bank and EBRD to enhance private sector participation in the Port of Ploce, including private investments and operating activities. The assignment included business planning, legal PPP advice, PPP structuring, financial modelling and structuring, master planning, investment planning, and training and workshops.
