Public- Private Comparator Locks Canal Gent-Terneuzen

MTBS was part of the consortium that was selected by the Flamish Dutch Scheldt Commission to draw up and compare the business cases for the new locks in the canal Gent-Terneuzen. Additional questions concern the reduction of costs, improvement knowledge of risks and uncertainties, indicate the need for finance and possible establishment of a special purpose company for DBFOM-approach of the locks. MTBS involvement was on PPP-structuring and finance.
