A consortium including MTBS was selected by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to assist in their Russian Port Sector Study. The main goal of the study is to present the Client with strategic insight in the Russian Port Sector, with regards to future investments. mtbs was responsible for the Russian Institutional Framework, the Competitive Landscape and Russian Port Policy developments and future implications. The identification of specific investment opportunities and the presentation of valuable 'lessons learnt' from both public and private side will enable the Bank to make optimal investment decisions in Russia.
