2009-2009STC has hired MTBS to prepare and to give a course regarding Port Finance as part of the STC MSc course programme. The course has been given to mid level port management, in both the Netherlands and Korea. The course consisted of 5 modules; Port Financial Basics, PPP, Business Case, Project Finance and Concession contracts.
