Strategic Review of the Institutional Framework and Alternative Port Management Structures for the Port of Brčko

MTBS was selected as strategic and financial adviser to develop alternative Port Management Structures and ownership models for the Port of Brcko. The advisory services included a review of institutional and regulatory framework, identify  necessary changes to facilitate the implementation of a concession. Furthermore, the development of alternative port management structures, identify necessary investments and an assessment of the financial and economical viability is included in the services.
