Transaction Advise Port of Velsen: DistriPort Ymond

The Municipality of Velsen has appointed MTBS as Transaction Advisor for the Grote Hout Terminal in the Port of Velsen, part of ‘DistriPort Ymond’. The advice included port segment analysis, benchmarking and business case modelling. Second part of the assignment was the execution of a tender process, including preparation of all bid documents, assessment of proposals, negotiations and drafting the contract with the winning consortium.
