Transaction Adviser Container Terminal Port of Durres

MTBS was appointed as Transaction Adviser to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for the preparation of an attractive PPP package to privatise the container terminal of the Port of Durres. MTBS is responsible for the commercial and technical due diligence, trade forecasts, preparation of Strategic Options, financial modelling, preparation of tender documents and tender assistance.
