P&O Nedlloyd, as preferred bidder for the container terminal BOT concession at Coega Port, contracted a consulting team including Paul van Eulem as Concession Adviser for the technical and financial feasibility of a new 60 hectares private container terminal and a 200 hectares logistics park. The study included development of bidding strategy, financial modelling, risk analysis, traffic & market forecasting, technical planning and cost estimates.
