Transaction Advisory Services for Container Terminal and Empty Park, Port of Melbourne

Port of Melbourne Corporation has engaged MTBS as the Transaction Advisor to provide expert opinion and recommendations on the transaction documents (EOI,RFP) and the procurement process to attract private terminal operators for the port of Melbourne third greenfield  container terminal (1 million TEU) and the empty  container depot (300.000 TEU). Future services  include the  analysis and evaluation, including the development of the evaluation model,  of the bids received from private parties as result of the public tender process.
