MTBS has been selected by the Port Authority of Tallinn as Transaction Advisor for the new Container Terminal Development at Muuga Harbour. The Port of Tallinn has ambitious expansion plans for the container sector. To accommodate the future containerized cargo volumes and to meet the requirements of growing vessels' parameters, the Port Authority has started the construction of new terminal infrastructure. MTBS advised an operator/investor solution for the new terminal concession.
