As an Analyst at MTBS, you will join your experienced colleagues in working on various port advisory projects, including port masterplans, commercial due diligences, transaction advisory services and M&A support. You deliver top-quality quantitative analyses enabling your clients to make adequate investment and financing decisions. From day one, you will have your own responsibilities within the project and you will regularly travel with your team to the client. Your analyses include market assessments, financial modelling, feasibility analysis and project structuring.
As a (Senior) Consultant, you will be the focal point of our port advisory projects. This includes acting as Project Leader. You are the face of the project vis-à-vis the Client and you are guiding and stimulating the Analysts and other Consultants in the team. You will be responsible for giving high-quality recommendations to our clients in the fields of port masterplans, market studies, transaction advisory services and M&A analyses. You will also have sufficient experience, expertise and persuasiveness to give workshops to clients, guest lectures at universities and educational presentations to your own colleagues.
As a (Senior) Manager, you will manage a portfolio of our port advisory projects and M&A or PPP transactions. You are responsible for the large and more complex projects. You will guide Project Leaders through their projects. As an all-round and well-spoken finance and strategy port advisor, you can easily immerse yourself into new projects and give high-quality recommendations to our clients. You can also showcase this knowledge at international conferences representing MTBS.
The Proposal Advisor is part of the Commerce Team within MTBS, which is headed by the Director Commerce. The Commerce Team consists of:
Business Development (front office): Directors and senior management within MTBS responsible and dedicated to the acquisition of advisory projects for MTBS, through business networking, client relationship management, lead development up to contract close of Consulting Services Agreements.
Commerce Support (back office): Commerce Assistants responsible for providing assistance and support throughout the different stages of the commerce process.
Proposal Advisory (mostly back office): Proposal Advisors/Managers responsible for developing and defining the actual commercial propositions of MTBS to her Clients/Prospects.
The Proposal Advisor is a new role within the Commerce Team. The position is created to safeguard and further improve the high quality level of MTBS proposals. The Proposal Advisor reports directly to the Director Commerce and is expected to coordinate and execute the tasks within the Commerce Team on a pro-active and independent basis.
