MTBS and PFI hosted the 1st PFI Port Finance Summit in Istanbul on the 31st of January. This invitation-only Summit provided attendees with an overview of recent developments and key areas for opportunities in the Port M&A market. The event took place at the Palais d’ Hollande at the Consulate General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. The event was proudly sponsored by Red Sea Gateway Terminal (RSGT).
The event included Keynote presentations of RSGT and MTBS. RSGT’s Gagan Seksaria provided an overview of the advancement of RSGT as a port operator and a strategic investor. MTBS’ Reinout Polders provided an overview of future drivers of growth for port investments. In addition to these presentations, multiple panel discussions were organised; panellists represented port operators, port investors, lenders and advisors.
