As PRA’s Transaction Advisor for this project, MTBS was present at the formal meeting, where one bid was submitted by the APM TERMINALS / ENNA LOGIC Consortium.

PRA has invested in the Phase 1 base infrastructure. The concessionaire will be obligated to invest in the remaining infrastructure, superstructure and equipment for the ZDSCT of Phase 1 and Phase 2. The latter phase includes the construction of a 280-meter quay extension resulting in a 680-meter deep sea quay. The Consortium offered a container throughput of 1.0 M TEU cumulatively over the first two years. Overall, the concession is granted for a period of fifty years.
