Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Djibouti Ports & Free Zones Authority (DPFZA) to develop the annual activity report for the year 2017 of the DPFZA. The prime objective was to give an in-depth overview of the financial, commercial and operational situtation of the DPFZA in order to improve the strategic decision making process for the coming years. The report serves as a tool to help the DPFZA and its subsidiaries to get a full overview of the current state of affairs and their way forward.
