PORT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
Agadir
August 2016 – January 2018
Project Description
The Agadir project was assigned to MTBS, as part of a consortium, by the EIB commissioned by the Direction of Ports and the Public Maritime Domaine. MTBS defined the optimal long-term port development plan for the port sector in the region surrounding Agadir. The assignment was structured into four stages: a demand-capacity analysis; creating port development options; selecting the most suitable ones; and conducting two feasibility analyses to define the optimal option.
