Project Description

MTBS was hired by the Anaklia Deepsea Port Development Agency to update the port feasibility study and to lead a full transaction process up until signing. As part of the scope, MTBS prepared an update of the traffic forecast and the financial model for the feasibility study, provided advisory on the transaction strategy and prepared the transaction documents including the RFP and the drafts of the Concession Agreement and Shareholding Agreement.
