Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Ethiopian Maritime Affairs Authority to provide advisory services on the optimal governance structure for the transformation of Modjo dry port into a logistics hub. MTBS performed a supply chain and corridor analysis, an outline market analysis consisting of a traffic forecast, land demand analysis and value chain analysis, as well as a financial analysis, which were used to recommend the optimal governance structure for Modjo logistics hub within the Ethiopian context.
