MTBS was hired by Abu Dhabi Ports Group (ADPG) to conduct a commercial due diligence of two assets: Unicargas Multi-Purpose Terminal in the port of Luanda and the Unicargas Road Freight and Logistics business unit. This included a full commercial study including reviewing all possible future commercial opportunities, a competition assessment, draft business plan scoping and a thorough SWOT assessment.
