MTBS was hired by the International Finance Corporation and the Government of Angola through The Porto de Luanda to provide a high-level assessment of the feasibility of a possible BOT type PPP concession for the multi-purpose Terminal in Luanda. The assessment allowed parties to determine the possible next steps for the potential transaction and identified likely interested candidates.
