MTBS was hired by the Client to perform a valuation of an asset in the transport sector in Saudi Arabia. Multiple methodologies were used to come to a valuation range, with methods including a discounted cash flow model, multiples analysis as well as the replacement cost method. The final results were elaborated upon in a valuation report, which emphasized the asset’s key value drivers and future potential.
