MTBS was hired by the client to assist with their bidding process for the container terminal in Port Sudan. MTBS conducted an in-depth financial model audit, reviewed the technical, operational and commercial assumptions and provided a final business case review report. Based on the feedback and recommendations provided by MTBS, the client updated the business case to present to the shareholders before submitting their final bid for the Port Sudan concession for tender.
