Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Badagry Port Development Limited (BPDL) for the preparation of the full business case (FBC) for the Badagry port and free zone development. MTBS performed a market assessment, prepared the port and free zone masterplan and capex estimations, conducted the financial and economic feasibility and bankability assessment, and provided institutional advisory services for the preparation of the FBC package.
