MTBS was hired by the Client to conduct a commercial & financial due diligence and a technical & operational due diligence for the development of a greenfield container terminal along Guatemala’s Atlantic coast. The scope covered volume projections, revenue breakdowns, capital expenditure and operating expenditure analysis. The due diligence outcomes served as a basis for the financial feasibility and bankability assessment performed by MTBS, in preparation of bringing the opportunity to the market.
