Project Description
MTBS advised a consortium, consisting of a marine contractor, civil contractor and offshore supply base (OSB) operator, with the preparation of the bid for a DBFOMT concession. MTBS assisted with the development of the feasibility study, which was a major component of the technical proposal. MTBS also developed the financial model, which was used to determine the financial bid for the concession.
