MTBS was contracted to examine the potential for commercial port operations of a container and multi-purpose terminal in mining port in Guinea. The services included making the traffic forecast, financial modelling, the assessment of various possible management and operational models, an analysis of the financial implications of these management and operational models and the preparation of the tender documentation.
