Project Description
MTBS assisted a private Ghanaian investor with the preparation of the technical and financial proposal for the Boankra inland port, located near Kumasi in Ghana. MTBS was appointed as bid advisor, and was responsible for the overall bid management, partner search, overall project valuation, concession contract review and for assistance with obtaining financing support. The inland port is developed on a BOT-basis and will be connected to the Eastern railway line which runs from Tema to Kumasi.
