Project Description
MTBS was contracted by the Badagry Port Development Limited to conduct a review on the Badagry Port outline business case (OBC) and provide advice on the roadmap to full business case (FBC) of the Badagry Port project. MTBS performed the OBC review, including a re-confirmation of the commercial rationale for the project and the preparation of key-recommendations for the next stage.
