MTBS was hired by FPT Group to conduct a full review of FPT’s bid submission for the Maydon Wharf Citrus & Breakbulk Terminal tender in the port of Durban, South Africa. MTBS performed a commercial due diligence (including a review of the traffic projections, revenues, and business plan), an operational due diligence (including a review of the capacity plans, staffing levels, and equipment deployment), and prepared a mock evaluation scorecard to estimate FPT’s tender score.
