Project Description

MTBS was hired by a consortium of the Container Corporation of India, Port of Singapore International (PSA) and Hassan Allam as transaction advisor to provide bid advisory services for the 6th of October dry port PPP project. In the EoI stage, MTBS assisted with local partner search and the assessment of the required documentation for qualification. In the RfP stage, MTBS performed a technical and operational analysis, a market and financial assessment and prepared the financial bid model as well as the technical and financial bid documentation.
