MTBS was appointed by a terminal operator to assist in the development of their technical and financial proposal for a 20 year concession at the Port of Hamilton’s cargo dock area in Bermuda. MTBS’ main responsibility was the development of the traffic forecast model and providing the input for the financial model that was used to formulate the financial bid.
