MTBS was hired by a financial investor to assist with the acquisition of minority shares in four ports in Africa. MTBS was appointed as commercial advisor, and was responsible for the market assessment, opex analysis and capex evaluation. In addition, MTBS reviewed the financial model of the seller and provided input for the valuation of the multi-asset deal.
