Project Description
MTBS M&A acted as lead transaction advisor to a strategic investor for the acquisition of a majority shareholding in a portfolio of port assets in South America. As lead advisor, MTBS M&A guided the client from deal origination (sourcing, target contact, initial due diligence, risk assessment) to submission of the final price offer. MTBS M&A established the enterprise valuation model for the portfolio and coordinated the due diligence workstreams for legal, technical/HR, financial, and tax.
