MTBS was hired by the Client to provide bid advisory services for the concession of the Luanda Port multi-purpose terminal. MTBS helped the client finding a suitable partner and supported the client to prepare the full technical and financial proposal. In addition, MTBS helped developing a competitive bid model to understand the implications of the evaluation criteria requirements for the preparation of a winning bid.
